Overview

I got my start in healthcare design and immediately feel in love with the feeling of helping patients. So that's what I do when I'm not hanging out with family and friends or exploring Boston :)

My interests

Throughout my educational career I've had the unique opportunity to explore human cognition at various levels. I studied neurons, cognition, social interactions, and interactions between people and their built environment.

My interests lie in the intersection point between users and their environment. It's fascinating to see how people interact with each other, objects, and spaces, which is why I'm a user experience designer.

I'm passionate about equitable design and making sure objects and systems are inclusive. I was inspired by Caroline Criado-Perez's book Invisible Women. She highlights design's tendency to leave out groups in various industries.

My goal is to always design inclusive systems that have a meaningful social impact.
